Consideration of Gender Mainstreaming in Free Trade Agreements

The Kingdom of Cambodia has signed three Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), including the Cambodia-China Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) in 2020, the Cambodia-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) in 2021 and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) in 2021. At the same time, the Royal Government of Cambodia enacted the law on Rules of Origin. The purpose of this law is to promote and facilitate trade that benefits from trade preferences and non-regulatory practices and prevent falsifying the origin of products.
